• Redirect the Government FAA NextGen and EuroControl SESAR plans into an advanced integrated Global Air Transportation System. 

The order and the choice of these four objectives are based on their stake in the economic outcome of the commercial aviation market. When commercial aviation started the passenger drove the market. Today the government  drives the market. This will change back when the National Airspace System is allowed to evolve with modern digital communication systems. To understand how the evolution will occur we must review the history of the present Nation Airspace System.
